Issue with Huobi/HTX...Need Advice

When I signed up for Huobi they were US friendly 8yrs ago and there was no KYC. My phone died in 2018 and I lost my Authy access. When I tried to login with my new phone and authy I couldn't get past verification for my crypto accounts that required it and I left crypto altogether.

At the time I was in post partum with my second child, my hair was falling out, I was battling depression, then I had a near death experience that resulted in an emergency surgery and pregnancy loss, was diagnosed with autism and adhd, followed by Covid and death to some people very close to me so more depression and a divorce. After all of this I moved to another country as a single parent for the first time and finally found the mental space to try again this month.

I didn't know Huobi was no longer US friendly when I verified my acct with my US ID. I am currently a legal resident of another country and have been living there for almost 3 yrs now, but Huobi is refusing to allow me access to my account at all and I know I left a decent amount on the exchange. Is there anything I can do to retrieve my $ from my account or are they just simply allowed to steal my money? Rules constantly changing in the space is one thing that drove me to pause for so long in the first place. Does anyone know if I have any options? Huobi seems not to even want to allow me to access my funds.
