I suspect CS guys to be lazy or incompetent

My P2P dispute is operating since every week. Counterparty by no means replied apart from as soon as. But offered no legitimate proofs. Binance Staff simply extends the timer with 6hrs everytime. Once I ask what number of occasions they r gonna prolong, they reply one thing copy n pasted.

I'm feeling soo helpless, I typically really feel like going to the counterparty and beat the heck out of him.
